About The Author
BJ Taylor is doomed to wander the borderlands between Texas and Mexico. Born with a forked tongue and a severe case of cultural schizophrenia common to those who grow up in the borderlands between nations, languages, and cultures, BJ earned a B.A.; M.A.; PhD. And MBA. BJ worked in economic development and the creation of three maquiladoras (the twin industrial sites in Texas and in Mexico); served as associate professor at University of Texas at Brownsville; and developed affordable housing. BJ published many short stories in various anthologies including Down in the Dirt and The 2026 Flash Fiction Datebook; in Gargoyle Magazine; the 34th Parallel; and in the Broad Kill Review.
